Crystal is a highly talented and an experienced stylist who has been intrigued by the beauty industry for over 10 years. She has mastered her skills in haircutting, blow drying, up-do’s and braiding, as well as a specialty in Keratin treatments. While, doing in salon work, Crystal also is building quite the reputation in New York City’s wedding scene!
Another style she is known for is effortless looks- which she describes as a “wash and go” style for most New Yorkers who do not have the time to spend an hour on their hair each day but want a natural, casual look. It is the “did it yourself look”.
Paying close attention to details, such as shape of face and personal style, each one of her clients leaves with a unique look formulated just for them. Crystals inspiration comes from the streets of New York.
Her education all started at Paul Mitchell in 2007, where she received honors and excelled to the top of her class. Her determination and ambition has created a name for herself in the beauty industry. Crystal’s experience has come from some of the most well known hair establishments. She has worked with Mark Garrison, Juan Carlos Maciques from Rita Hazan, Valery Joseph, David Cotteblanche of Red Market. Helped manage new establishments as well, in 2010-2012 she helped put Haute Air Soho on the map, before blow dry bars arrived in NYC she was one of the first to arrive on the blow dry scene. She also was recruited by Dreamdy to team up and help with the beginning stages of development with her expertise. She also, is a brand ambassador for Sarah Potempa tools.
